Effective 2026-07-07 · Kaizen Signal, a d/b/a of Kaizen Auto Spa LLC ("we," "us")

These terms govern use of the Kaizen Signal website and the call-answering, lead-capture, and notification services we provide. By using the site or service you agree to them. Paid services are also governed by a separate written service agreement, which controls if there is any conflict.

The service

Kaizen Signal provides AI-assisted answering for inbound calls, captures caller details, performs preliminary intent and urgency classification, confirms service area, and notifies the client business's designated staff. The service depends on third-party platforms (telephony, voice AI, automation, CRM) outside our control.

Not an emergency or 9-1-1 service

Kaizen Signal is a call-capture and notification tool only. It is not a monitored emergency-dispatch, alarm, or security service, and it does not replace 9-1-1 or any emergency service. For life-threatening situations, callers are directed to hang up and dial 9-1-1. We do not guarantee that any call, message, or alert will be delivered, received, or acted upon, and we do not dispatch personnel. The client business is solely responsible for responding to its callers, including emergencies.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, booking rates, answer rates, response times, or uninterrupted/error-free operation. The service may misclassify or mishandle a call. We make no warranties except as expressly stated in a signed service agreement.

SMS / text messaging

By providing a mobile number you consent to receive service-related and operational texts as described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies; Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service unlawfully, to infringe rights, or to send prohibited content. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or non-payment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for losses arising from emergency calls, missed or delayed notifications, or third-party platform failures. Our total liability is limited as set out in the applicable signed service agreement.

Recording

Calls may be recorded for quality and follow-up; callers are notified. Clients are responsible for confirming recording practices meet applicable law in their and their callers' jurisdictions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
